Matt solved every single problem that I had, relieved every worry, and made this a very streamlined process for me. He often went outside of his scope and would advise on things even outside of his own wheelhouse. When a lender was completely unavailable, he handled the situation. When we didn’t know where to begin, he showed us the way. When we didn’t know so many things, he was immediately solving the problems and sometimes before we even had them. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He wasn’t just a realtor, he was a friend, a guide, and everything we’ve needed.
