Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

We had an amazing experience working with Shiva on our home purchase. His knowledge, dedication, and constant communication made the process smooth and stress-free. Shiva truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

It was my pleasure to work with Bekki Shae Smith in selling and buying a home. Having been a family friend for many years, I already knew of her outstanding character. As a realtor, I saw her tireless effort to show me homes that fit my dream description. From showing me that first home to closing on the one I eventually chose she was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the selection and buying process. She was equally valuable in helping me sell my previous home. If you are looking for a realtor who will not quit until you have sold your home or bought your dream home, Bekki Shae Smith should be the realtor you call.
