I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered. Temeka kept me abreast of everything and carefully walked me through the process. I honestly don't know how I would have survived without her, she is a God send and I would recommend her highly.

Chris was incredible. He took the time to show us the same house multiple times. Even after we walked on the deal and came back months later. He never pressured us to move forward. We ended up closing on the house at a great price, and Chris made the process very easy and painless. Highly recommend.

Claire is very knowledge about the real estate in the area. She was always willing to work around our schedule since we were coming from out of state. Even after the final sale date she was still working with us on some final items in our new home. This was by far the best experience we had in purchasing a home. EVERYONE involved was extremely friendly and mad ethe whole process smooth & easy.
