Cindy Coker did a marvelous job selling my brick ranch home on Highway 2. Shortly after listing the house, we experienced major flooding from a refrigerator leak, which led to months of repairs. Through it all, Cindy continued to work hard promoting and showing the house. She went out of her way to hold open houses and make the house stand out in a very competitive market. She stayed in constant contact with my me, always keeping us updated whenever there was an offer or any news throughout the process. Walker is extremely professional and hard-working. He has a great understanding of the local areas, he focuses on exactly what you are looking for and within your price range, and he sets a significant amount of time aside to make sure you have every opportunity to find your perfect home. Because we live out of town, there were days when Walker would go to a home and FaceTime for a walk through to help us narrow our choices before we flew into town. This was extremely helpful. He also worked very hard negotiating with the sellers agent and ended up getting us a very good deal. We highly recommend him.
