Jodi was recommended to us by a friend and she exceeded all of our expectations! She’s a very hard worker and went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process to close. There were plenty of hurdles in the process, and Jodi helped us overcome them step by step by thinking outside the box. She worked hard to help us line up estimates with outside contractors when we had very little time to do so ourselves. She made herself very available when we needed her and was always responsive. Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.
