Our family recently relocated from the United Kingdom to Atlanta, and we engaged Erin to help us buy a home in the Sandy Springs area. Because this was an international relocation, we needed to conduct most of the process virtually, which Erin coordinated in a very efficient way. She assisted us in compiling a list of potential homes, and previewed the properties before our visit, ensuring that each one met our requirements. When it came time to viewing the homes, we only had one day to see all of the options, and Erin made excellent use of our time. When it came to negotiation and closing, Erin managed everything with very effective and timely communication, making herself available at any time, even given the big time zone difference! This was the first time that we purchased a home in this way, but we felt very informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Adam was wonderful to work with as we searched for our first home as a couple! He was so patient as we changed our minds about what we wanted, where we wanted to live and what we wanted in our first (maybe forever) home! Erin was great to work with, especially for us as brand new home buyers! She was very knowledgeable about the whole home buying process and helped walk us through it since we were looking for our first home. She was also knowledgeable about the multiple neighborhoods we were looking in, and has experience with a large variety of the different parts of Atlanta. She was always more than happy to show us numerous houses in a day, even with short notice. Team Ellis has hand-held me through the process of purchasing and selling my last 3 homes. I can not say enough good things about this dynamic duo. Both Adam and Patti are market experts in the Midtown area and exude professionalism in all that they do. Adam has an eye for photography and produces pictures that truly represent and highlight the property. Each time I am amazed at how quickly my listings are live online and by the number of online locations where they are published. Patti's advise and negotiating skills are always led by honesty and integrity benefiting both purchasing and selling parties. While more often times than not my questions and concerns are proactively answered, I have never reached out to either Patti, or Adam when they did not answer my call/email, or get back to me immediately. Although 8+ years have passed since I first became a client of Team Ellis, a holiday or birthday has never passed when I did not receive a thoughtful hand written note. While elated, I was not surprised that the property Team Ellis sold for me last month went under contract within the first week of being listed; A true testament of what Adam and Patti represent.
