Our family recently relocated from the United Kingdom to Atlanta, and we engaged Erin to help us buy a home in the Sandy Springs area. Because this was an international relocation, we needed to conduct most of the process virtually, which Erin coordinated in a very efficient way. She assisted us in compiling a list of potential homes, and previewed the properties before our visit, ensuring that each one met our requirements. When it came time to viewing the homes, we only had one day to see all of the options, and Erin made excellent use of our time. When it came to negotiation and closing, Erin managed everything with very effective and timely communication, making herself available at any time, even given the big time zone difference! Erin was great to work with, especially for us as brand new home buyers! She was very knowledgeable about the whole home buying process and helped walk us through it since we were looking for our first home. She was also knowledgeable about the multiple neighborhoods we were looking in, and has experience with a large variety of the different parts of Atlanta.
