When you think about the skills that you want your real estate to have as you embark on buying or selling a major asset: calmness; thoroughness; timeliness; honesty; professionalism; and knowledge, Cristi has these in buckets. Plus she’s just a genuinely nice human being. You can’t go wrong if buying or selling when you chose her. And she’ll make you laugh too! I can’t recommend Cristi enough, if I could give her 10 stars, I would.

He was great at negotiating with potential buyers, telling us his thoughts from his experience but never tried to steer us in a direction we were uncomfortable with. We gave Winston the opportunity to sell our home and it needed to be quickly. Even though we were not sure how he could make this happen & doubted things, He pulled it off and got us a PLENTY fair offer to cover expenses we had plus having some left over. We would use Winston White again, if we ever have the need again.

Winston was so helpful from start to finish and post sale. The only go to if want everything done right. He takes the time to learn what you are looking for and zeros in. Even after the sale beyond helpful as we were moving from out of state. Look no where else!
