I met Sherice several years ago when I initially moved to GA in 2017-2018 and I was interested in buying her house. Altough I changed my mind at that time, I have contacted her several times over the years to help with home buying. Each year when I thought I was ready to purchase, Sherice would take time out of her schedule to talk to me and also take me around to look for homes. Although I changed my mind about purchasing MANY times, she was alwasy available anytime I called and ready to restart the entire process again without any complaint. This time around when I finally decided to purchase, I did not receive any anything less than what I expected. Sherice was always available and was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. She is also very knowledeable about real estate/home buying and always looked out for my best interest. Home buying is a very stressful process and I feel that working with Sherice made it easier for me. Also, she is very easy to talk to and that made me comfortable in moving forward with the process. I also saw her as a friend and I would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
