Dealing with Wesley was 100% easy. He was upfront about everything and helpful throughout the whole house buying process. Hes very easy to talk to and presents information for you without having to guess what he's talking about or fish for info. I enjoyed dealing with Wesley, he got back to me fast when I had questions, and provided answers. He keeps everything professional but light hearted so you never feel like your drowning in real-estate jargon. Would definitely recommend him for the outstanding quality of service he has provided.

We had what we thought would be a challenge for any realtor: help us find a home in our desired area with our desired features, and let's do it in a tight timeframe and coordinate back to back closings in just over one month. Sandi didn't even blink. Sandi listened intently to our needs to help guide us to areas that would work for our lifestyle. Once we found our dream home in our dream neighborhood, Sandi was very attentive to every detail to ensure that our needs were met and that we were kept informed as to the progress of our sale. Her negotiation skills were critical in helping us make the right deal, and her references for anything that we needed were all five star service experiences. I would not have changed a thing about my experience with Sandi! Thanks to her, we are settling in to our new home!

We needed to sell my mother in law's home and...

We needed to sell my mother in law's home and Kristina took care off all the details. She researched comparable sales in the area and came up with a great listing price. She marketed the home and we had 3 offers within 3 days of listing. She explained the pros and cons of the different offers. The home needed some repairs after the inspection and Kristina found the repair company and coordinated the repairs. We closed inside of 45 days for full asking price. Could not have been a better experience.

Warren and his team were so helpful and...

Warren and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable and alleviated so much stress from the sale of my home. I highly recommend them and would not consider any other agency in the area. My home was under contract in less than one week after receiving multiple offers. Warren was everything I had hoped and more in working with an agent in the listing and sale of my home! Don’t go anywhere else!
