Jeff showed me properties all over the metro Atlanta and was very observant to my my reaction to the different areas (I had no idea) and actually revealed to me what areas he felt that was more fitting for me. Jeff sent properties over to me about every 3/4 days and even was open to impromptu showings. Any email, text or phone call that I made received a response within 2/3 hours. Upon me going under contract, with a new construction, Jeff was able to negotiate several deals (that is almost impossible with new construction). Throughout the entire process Jeff displayed professionalism, patience and a sense of drive to ensure that I was completely pleased with my purchase. Another plus to having Jeff as a realtor is that he is an Atlanta native and is aware of all of the growth through the entire metro area as well as surrounding areas. My home buying process was extremely calming with Jeff as my realtor.
