-Detailed when communicating with myself and others involved in the process - Raquel sent very detailed emails when communicating on my behalf -personable and responsive via all methods of communication - Raquel's response time was quick, she was also extremely engaged and personalized with her interactions -efficient and knowledgeable of the process - Raquel made all of the t's were crossed and I's dotted, and was able to convey information in a way that was understandable -timely processing of documents - Raquel sent needed documents with in the hour most times even sooner
