Sheree is an awesome agent. She went above and beyond to help my family on our big move. I would like to thank the firm for checking in to make sure our needs were met during this process!!

Joel and his office did an excellent job. The amount of communication was outstanding, I was never left not knowing where we were in the process. Their knowledge of all the paperwork that was going to be needed allowed me to be ahead of the request so I never felt rushed.

Christy is a fantastic agent and helped us immensely when buying our first home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

Steve was excellent to work with. He answered or found the answer to many questions that were asked during the process which helped make my decision that much easier. He knew the right things to look for and the right questions to ask both myself and the seller. Thanks Steve for all your hard work.

Tyler Russell with Engel & Völkers was my buyer’s agent in 2020 when I purchased my 3 bed, 2 bath bungalow in East Point, GA, and the home buying process was absolutely seamless. A couple of years later, I relocated out of state and needed to sell my East Point home, so I called Tyler again, and he made selling from a distance easy. As my listing agent, Tyler priced the home right for the market and made sure the listing highlighted every one of its best features. He expertly handled the challenges of limited off-street parking and closet space, so buyers saw the home’s charm instead of its quirks. Every step of the way, he gave expert advice on repairs and improvements, home staging, the open house, and negotiations with buyers. The Atlanta-area housing market was the toughest it had been in years, but that didn’t stop Tyler. I can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a real estate agent in East Point or the greater Atlanta area, whether you’re buying or selling, I highly recommend calling Tyler Russell today.

Worked hard and communicated all aspects of the transaction in a timely and easy to understand manner. Very pleased.
