She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! Hands down, Susan Fitzgerald is THE top of her profession for very good reason. She is an expert at her trade. This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. BTW, there is a need for more than 5 stars to sufficiently rate Susan Fitzgerald.

Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.

I would recommend Aladdin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. As a first time home buyer, I have heard that the entire process could get muggy and stressful. Thanks to Aladdin that wasn't the case for me. He explained the entire process and potential roadblocks from the very beginning so that I would know what to expect. As such, the entire process went by smooth for me. He answered any questions I had and was easy to reach even after hours. I was quite surprised at how quick he would have us visiting any condos of interest within notice. Most importantly, he truly cares about his clients and makes sure they are more than happy with the end results.
