He's everything you want in a real estate agent and more! Don't overthink, just hired him and you will thank me later. From my first encounter with Ricky to the final stage, Ricky was very professional... he was on time and had the right information ready. He did his research and came very knowledgeable. I was abroad the entire time i was engaged with Ricky, and only flew in the day before the closing and it felt like i had been there 5 months before. Ricky had done Gods work and everything was intact ready for closing. Talking about closing, wow, talk about class? The positive surprises Ricky pulled? I am forever grateful and cannot recommend him enough. Its the first time im working with someone where I feel I wouldn't mind paying double because Ricky did an amazing job! Hire him, he will be more than worth it.
