Cindy Green Fricks has extensive knowledge of the market and is willing to put that knowledge to work for her clients. She is always available to answer questions and go the extra mile for her clients. Her experience is a great asset that serves as a valuable tool to anyone she works with. She has the ability to problem solve and work through issues as they arise. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Erika managed clean up of our very neglected property quickly, independently and efficiently, without making us pay for things we didn't need. She managed multiple offers to our benefit, and sold our house for more than we anticipated.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
