Angela is a very intelligent agent, and I tell you whenever I had a question, she answered it and then would let me know why things work out differently from buyer and seller. I got my first house from her in 2017 and by myself, but when I met Angela, she put me at ease and guided me thru the buying steps and explained it all. A lot of knowledge this powerhouse has. I sold that house as I was in need for something smaller and with no steps and she knew just what I wanted. Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home. Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time. She knows these Cobb market like the back of her hand. And even when we went into West Cobb to look at homes she was very knowledgeable. She is smart funny and very positive.
