I highly recommend Melodie Smith, she is a very active and professional realtor. No matter what weather conditions, she was out there looking for the perfect house and neighborhood for my family. She did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor, she is really careful of every single detail. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way and make it a smooth and quick process for us. I really appreciate her hard work and time helping us to find a perfect home.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

This is the third home Kelly has helped me with first two were for my daughter now finally myself. She responds quickly and knew where I wanted to look even before I asked for locations! Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. Highly recommend!

Ms. Edwards is a very knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Agent. Her negotiation skills and knowledge of the central Georgia real estate market were very helpful during this real estate transaction. Her communication skills and professionalism were also very valuable in the purchase of my property in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant.
