This is the third home Kelly has helped me with first two were for my daughter now finally myself. She responds quickly and knew where I wanted to look even before I asked for locations! Showings were scheduled for a good amount of time to look around and get a feel for the home. The inspector Kelly referred us to was very thorough and she went over all of it with us. Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job!
