On the day of the closing for the selling of the house, we were given the wrong address and the time wasn't really fitting our schedule. When we got there the closing attorney did not have all the documents ready to be signed. As we sat in the conference room with the purchasing family and their agent, Horace started a dialogue that got us all talking and we were able to laugh and communicate as if we were old friends. After talking to the family and getting to know them we were even more pleased we sold the house to a family in need of a home and not someone looking for a quick flip or purchase to rent. Mr. Feaster is as good as they come, I would recommend him to any and everyone.
