Working with Timarra Harris made my first time home buying experience the smoothes process ever! She was patient and explained everything to me when I had questions or did not understand the verbiage on the contracts. She was available every time I reached out to her for a viewing. She also had the eye to look for problems with the HVAC system, roofing, water leaks and other potential major repairs. She walked me through each step of the process, as well as assisted with a list if home inspection companies and contractors. She kept in contact with the seller's agent and worked hard to negotiate repairs with them and was able to get them to commit to fixing more than half of the repairs recommended on the home inspection report, which was a life saver for me! Timarra felt like family throughout the entire process and I am truly greatful for the opportunity to work with her.
