We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

Thank you, Denise Kinzler! I don't have the right words to thank you enough for helping me to make my dream come through. Finally, I'm a homeowner due to your experience, professionalism, communications, patience and follow from the beginning to the end! You did more than I could expect, I'm grateful and overwhelmed. You made the transition so smooth and easy despite all the hard work you did on my behalf. You just made another happy customer. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.
