From the moment we met I knew She was the agent for me. She was professional but warm and came completely prepared with a market report. She listened to my ideas and stories and it became her passion to sell my home quickly so that I could move to LA to be near my daughter worry free! Jennifer I feel became my friend through the process - that is how personable she is! I highly highly recommend her for your real estate needs - I feel I can promise you - you will be in good hands!

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
