Miriam sold several homes in our neighborhood and she was the first agent we called when we decided to sell our home and buy a new home. We were impressed with her knowledge about the area and her honesty about our home. She offered several simple solutions to improve its marketability and she staged it to maximize its appeal. Miriam listed our home and we had qualified 2 offers within 48 hours! Miriam took the time to learn what we were looking for in our new home. She then pinpointed two homes in our desired location; both of the homes checked off all our boxes. When we decided to make an offer on one, Miriam’s research on the area and the comps helped us make a fair offer. She successfully negotiated several key points and our offer was accepted. During due diligence, Miriam was in constant contact with us. She was instrumental in having the price adjusted in our favor when it was evident that the siding was in need of being replaced. Throughout this process, Miriam was detail-oriented, timely, and professional….she truly was an advocate for us! I would highly recommend Miriam James as a buyer’s or seller’s agent.

My recommendation agent who wish to help the client in every ways, not only in real estate needs.
