George & I started looking for a house in GA 12 years ago. We met Michael Anderson who did an excellent job showing us several houses in the areas we were interested in. His knowledge and professionalism sold us to make the move from Galena Illinois to Georgia. Unfortunately, the real estate market took a big dive and we could not sell our house as expected. We kept in touch with Michael through the years and always hoped that our dream of moving South would become a reality. We listed our home again in August hoping for a quick sale. Covid 19 brought a lot of people to Galena escaping the virus and settling in a more rural area. We got several offers and ended up contacting Mike to continue as planned 12 years earlier.
