It was a pleasure working with Lucinda Zotta. She always kept me posted and informed as to what was happening. Thanks Lucinda, for all your help.

Andrea exceeded our expectations every step of the way. When we interviewed her, we were not ready to move forward with the house sale. She kept in touch but was not intrusive. She sent us relative tokens of attention: cards, market data etc. when we began the process, she used a professional photographer and priced our house according to the current market. She consulted us on the market conditions and what we could expect after listing. The closing went smooth. And the nice touch was her last letter with address label for the new address (not expected). Besides her professionalism, we really liked her personality. She felt like family and we would definitely recommend her to others.

From start to closing, Deborah remained on course in keeping us informed and updated about the best options available to us. Her guidance was instrumental to us wrapping up in good time. Clearly, her years of experience showed through in answering our questions and concerns. We’d recommend her to anyone seeking a Realtor that is dedicated and focused on delivering to expectation.
