Andrea exceeded our expectations every step of the way. When we interviewed her, we were not ready to move forward with the house sale. She kept in touch but was not intrusive. She sent us relative tokens of attention: cards, market data etc. when we began the process, she used a professional photographer and priced our house according to the current market. She consulted us on the market conditions and what we could expect after listing. The closing went smooth. And the nice touch was her last letter with address label for the new address (not expected). Besides her professionalism, we really liked her personality. She felt like family and we would definitely recommend her to others.

From start to finish, the process of selling an out of state home was made easy because of Andrea. We appreciate her hard work and commitment to finding the best offer. She maintained constant communication with us and was very timely in answering all our questions. Andrea has earned our trust and we would definitely be loyal customers if ever we needed to sell in her area again.

She always went the extra mile in making us feel heard and valued and then diligently searched and presented options that would potentially fit. When we were ready to sell after, finding our new home, we liked the way she marketed and got the sale done as quickly as possible.
