I used John Foster as my Realtor to sell a home in Cumming many years ago. For some reason when the time came to sell my current house I selected another realtor. When my home in Cumming GA did not sell – I was not sure that to do so I called John Foster and he came right over. He explained to me process and the Cumming Real Estate market and walked me through the entire process. This meeting alone increased my confidence. John Foster knows our real estate market – and helped me get my home sold when the prior agent could not. He listened to what my goals were and helped me get what I wanted. After his photographer took photos and I reviewed the listing – my feedback to him was “It looks perfect”. That is how I felt. I highly recommend John Foster as your Realtor. I was not sure what to do so I searched google and saw that John Foster is a Cumming GA Real estate agent that specializes in helping people that inherit homes sell them. He was very kind and understanding - it was very emotional selling my brother's home. John's marketing was excellent, his photos are beautiful and John was so helpful when explaining the Atlanta Real Estate Market, what to expect and how quickly the home would sell.
