Working with our realtor Keisha Woodbine, was one of the best parts of our home buying experience. My wife and I had been diligently looking for a great realtor for months, with no success. We wanted someone who actually cared and who was willing to put in the work with us and move quickly because of our immediate needs. We found Keisha through a mutual friend. We called and spoke to Keisha almost immediately. We quickly realized that she is an AWESOME realtor! Keisha worked hard day in and day out for our family. There seemed to be no hours that were off limits, and she always seemed eager to respond to all of our crazy questions! Even though I knew I was demanding, and I knew our family had huge dreams on a small budget, Melanie never once complained, seemed agitated or frustrated. When we finally found our family’s new home, Keisha worked hard to make sure our voice was heard with the seller and that we got the very best deal possible with our purchase. With this being a foreclosure, Keisha was very instrumental in helping us to understand each step of the process from start to finish. Overall, Keisha made sure our family home buying experience was a great one! She even showed up to closing with a champagne and a Home Depot gift card! Now that’s a TRUE caring, awesome Realtor! I would highly recommend Keisha Woodbine to any home buyer out there looking for a great experience!

Knowledge- very experienced, knows the market well. Communication- great! She made herself available even in extenuating circumstances similar to mine where because of my work I travel a lot and would have missed some key follow ups but Standish made sure by alternative means those were taken care of. Professionalism - maintained it even though we built a promising friendship during the process. Drawbacks- there were times I felt my needs weren’t being considered above the seller’s. Made to feel like my ask was unreasonable when it was not. This was most brought forth on my final purchase. After much going back and forth and keeping my trust intact with Standish I do believe the builder (Blue Ridge Builders) was to be blamed for that. However I would encourage Standish to remain more visible in these disagreements because if not you will come off as at fault.

Ms. Breanna was very PATIENT with me. Answered or was able to get answers to anything I had a question or concern about. The reassurance, the professionalism, the knowledge, and pride she takes in her job is very refreshing when doing something this BIG. I thank her so much for being my agent.
