Knowledge- very experienced, knows the market well. Communication- great! She made herself available even in extenuating circumstances similar to mine where because of my work I travel a lot and would have missed some key follow ups but Standish made sure by alternative means those were taken care of. Professionalism - maintained it even though we built a promising friendship during the process. Drawbacks- there were times I felt my needs weren’t being considered above the seller’s. Made to feel like my ask was unreasonable when it was not. This was most brought forth on my final purchase. After much going back and forth and keeping my trust intact with Standish I do believe the builder (Blue Ridge Builders) was to be blamed for that. However I would encourage Standish to remain more visible in these disagreements because if not you will come off as at fault.
