Marie helped my husband and I relocate from South Jersey to Cumming, GA. She was very professional, courteous and friendly! She took us around with her since we weren't familiar with the area. Which was very thoughtful! She got us a contingency agreement with the community we were interested in, but before we even signed all the paperwork, our current home had numerous offers. Couldn't believe how lucky we got! So, the contingency was quickly removed and we purchased the new house! We have been here since March and love the area.
