Marie helped my wife & I find a home with everything we wanted (Good condition, flat yard with room for dogs & fence, view of & easy walk to the lake, & in our price range) on Lake Lanier. We had looked for quite awhile before getting Marie's help & had gotten very frustrated with both the way we were treated & the properties we visited. Local knowledge is very helpful (especially on the lake) & we were able to make the best choice with Marie's help & guidance. After finding our perfect house, her assistance/expertise with the negotiations kept us on track & got us a fair price.
