I met Emily and Jennifer when we bought our home from their sellers. I felt an instant connection with both of them so when I decided to sell my home, I contacted them. They compliment each other very well. They were honest about expectations. We are not an easy couple to work with and they quickly learned our quirks and adapted to them. Both were very quick to respond. There was not one time one of them did not respond to a question within minutes of my text. As first time home sellers, we did not know what to expect and we asked a lot of questions. An estimated timeline of a sellers journey is something they could implement to be even better! I understand every sell is a different journey but it would be helpful to people that have never been through this. That said, my journey with them was still the best. I am still working with them to purchase within a year or two. I will also recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to sell or buy.

She's great at responding to texts, emails, and calls, and always scheduled home tours quickly. Communication was excellent the entire time. She also gave honest opinions about what she liked or what concerned her about homes we toured. Additionally, she pointed me in the right direction of insurers, inspectors, brokers, and even handymen when I did finally settle on a home I liked.
