Tanya came recommended by a trusted friend and immediately made us comfortable by focusing on what was most important to us. After asking questions, she started painting a picture of what the experience would look like. Along the way she kept us updated and was always available. When we ran into obstacles from not finding a property we loved to a major mistake at closing - she was always ready to do whatever she could to fix it. When we made decisions contrary to what she recommended and it blew up on us, she always remained polite and professional. We started the process confused and uncertain. We finished it in a similar fashion due to our personally selected vendor. But at every step, Tanya was there for us.
