My home was listed and placed on the market for almost a year. I went through 2 different agents, who quite frankly, couldn't sell ice water to desert nomads. I was forced to cancel 2 different listing agreements due to incompetence and shady business practices. I was moving abroad, and NEEDED my home sold. Be it divine intervention, or what ever you like to call it, I was fortunate to meet Chris. He and I spoke on the phone, he visited my home, explained everything he had done in the past, and what he would do in the near future to sell my home. The man had my home sold, and went to closing in under 3 weeks, for above listing price. Everybody knows an Real estate agent, everyone knows a lawyer. But few can truly get the job done.
