My home was listed and placed on the market for almost a year. I went through 2 different agents, who quite frankly, couldn't sell ice water to desert nomads. I was forced to cancel 2 different listing agreements due to incompetence and shady business practices. I was moving abroad, and NEEDED my home sold. Be it divine intervention, or what ever you like to call it, I was fortunate to meet Chris. The man had my home sold, and went to closing in under 3 weeks, for above listing price. Everybody knows an Real estate agent, everyone knows a lawyer. But few can truly get the job done.
