We received an offer while out of town and she worked with us to be sure that we could keep things moving so that we could do a timely closing. Her guideance on what to make as counter offers was very knowledgeable and helped us get the price that we wanted. Along with the house, we had a golf cart that the home buyer wanted to buy outside of the closing. Caitlyn helped us facilitate this through the closing agent and all went smoothly with that as well on the closing day.
