My experience with my agent Cynthia Johnson, was outstanding. She listened to everything I wanted in a house. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, reliable, on time to all appointments, and honest. She stayed positive through the whole experience with me and never gave up and for that I am very thankful. Cynthia was my biggest cheerleader on helping to buy my first home. David is extremely knowledgeable and facile in navigating the market. He does extensive background investigation into the area where the home is to be sold and produces a plan for selling the property. I found him available and open to ideas to make the property attractive to potential buyers. Our home sold in 5 days, we had 3 offers over asking price and the home remained attractive to buyers, I can’t say enough to praise him and his expertise!
