I can’t rave enough about Kim. We started this journey over last summer and had a lot of trouble finding a lot that we wanted to build our forever home on. We were actually taking so long to find a lot/home that we had already had two realtors that “ghosted” us prior to Kim. Kim showed us several houses, and inquired about several pieces of land for us. She made calls that we would have never thought to make and guided us through the entire process since we had absolutely no clue what we were doing. She set us up with meetings with home builders to give us a better idea of what we could afford and get us aquatinted with a couple she would recommend/worked with previously. When we finally found the lot we ended up purchasing (was close to 6ish months later), she worked hard at negotiating the price down to make our dream more affordable. Kim is attentive to her clients and I will recommend her to anyone I meet. She was definitely flexible between texting or calling either my husband and I- I can sometimes be a difficult reach with being a SAHM with two young children and a third due in a few months. My husband also has a career where he is gone for several days at a time and his schedule and hours are never consistent. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings in our life.
