Hi! I'm Morgan Beck, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. When my husband and I set out to buy our first home, we faced numerous challenges. From dealing with a part-time agent who wasn't readily available to a seller breaking the contract and altering the original deal, we felt frustrated and doubted if homeownership was within our reach. Determined to advocate for ourselves, I started studying real estate contracts. With the guidance of an experienced full-time agent, we eventually achieved our dream of owning a home. After purchasing our first home, I sought a career change and entered the real estate world, initially handling paperwork and administrative tasks. This quickly evolved into assisting clients, leading me to where I am today—an independent agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I take pride in being a detail-oriented protector of your best interests, guiding you through one of the most significant transactions of your life. From listings to buyers, and from sign to sold, it is an honor to serve the areas I call home. My primary service locations in Pennsylvania include Franklin County, Adams County, Fulton County, and Cumberland County. In Maryland, I serve Washington County. As an avid dog lover, my logo features a golden retriever. Golden retrievers are known for their kindness, loyalty, friendliness, happiness, and compassion—all qualities I strive to provide to my clients. Many golden retrievers even become guide dogs. Ms. Beck was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of Real estate transaction.

First Time Home Buyer from Out of State

Morgan is a terrific realtor and I highly recommend her services when looking for a house. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Morgan demystified every step of the process so we never felt overwhelmed. She was prompt with communication and answered all of our questions. We are not local to the area and could not travel to every event so Morgan acted as our liaison. She is well connected and helped recommend other professionals for services like inspection, fencing, settlement, and many more. We will definitely work with her again in the future.
