Explained everything up front, provided market information and shared her vast knowledge which answered all our questions. We had a rather difficult buyer, that was in fact a realtor herself. This complicated the purchase, but Morgan was very steadfast in decisions and very professional.I am so glad we had Morgan on our side for this process. She always had the answer to our anxiousness and kept our frustration level in check. What could have been a very stressful and ugly experience, turned out to be very pleasant.
