Doug made us feel confident and comfortable within an hour of the first house he showed us. He never put any pressure on us and let us lead the way when we were looking at different houses. When we found one we loved, he led the way but kept us feeling very comfortable and always kept us up to date as things were progressing. He was 100% on our side and we always knew we could reach him if we had any questions or concerns. When moving day came and our moving truck broke down 30 minutes before our movers were supposed to arrive, Doug was there no questions asked with a rental to help direct movers and get it loaded and uploaded in the pouring rain.
