I worked with Jon while trying to purchase a home in Venice/Sarasota while living in Boston. In today's market that is a tough situation. Jon and I looked at a ton of houses and based on that, brought me to a development, Grand Palms, that I had not considered. We relied on his experience while signing the paperwork and making decisions regarding the look of our new home. She is the consummate professional and always makes time for any and all questions or needs that come up in the selling and buying process. With all of the demands on her time she has consistently given us her undivided attention when we have needed advice and assistance. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the local markets in the Sarasota County areas where we have bought and sold. She is honest with the advice she gives and always timely and thorough in the follow up she provides. Again, after four moves in ten years there isn't anyone else we would consider working with.
