459 real estate agents in Venice

Denise gives 120% for her clients. She was so helpful and responsive with setting up our last minute requests for viewing homes, she made the whole experience amazing. I have used her in the past and did not hesitate to call her when we decided to relocate to have her help us find a new home and help sell our existing condo. She knows all the latest rules and regs for buying and selling as well. And she's a professional through and through.

This review is a little delayed since I've been relocating from Florida to Oregon. I am finally settled in and catching my breath. A little background, I moved from Oregon to Florida four years ago. My agents, who are also my sister and nephew, Denise Conrad and Kanoa Wegesend, helped me identify and purchase my home in Venice, FL. The process from start to finish went smoothly; and they calmed me down any time I started to get anxious. Fast forward four years, Denise and Kanoa helped me this time by listing that very home for sale. They guided me for a year prior as to any repairs or improvements to make to the home so that it would sell quickly and for market value. And guess what? It worked!! A contract was signed, sealed, delivered within 12 days from when the listing went live!! Thank you, Denise and Kanoa for your professionalism, market and real estate knowledge, and unwavering assistance. It is great people like yourselves with great services like ReMax that make these events less stressful for the clients. Thank you, again! Aloha and Mahalo!!!! Debra "Tootsie" Pascua
