With her help, we were able to find our perfect home and make an offer on it. It was a long distance sale which can be a little stressful. Communication was lacking with our title company but anytime we had an issue; Rachel was able to help us along. We closed on time. She was able to send us videos of our new home reassuring us of its condition. She has still been answering questions we never thought to ask along the way.
