She was professional & polite but we had some miscommunication regarding some items we wanted to keep. We had to have another meeting to explain again what items were to be left in the house. Also she was insistent on a lower price than what we felt it was worth, but we finally convinced her to list it at the price we were asking. We actually got $6,000 over the listing price which was $17,000 more than her original asking price. Also we had discussed selling the furniture as a separate package in the beginning but this was forgotten, which she should have looked at her notes to remind herself of this before listing it. We were very pleased to have the house sold in 4 days but another agent showed the house to the client who bought it.
