Cannot sing Patrick's praises enough! From first meeting, out through closing the sale, Patrick humbly boasts an exceptional level of professionalism, experience and market knowledge. Patrick takes his time to get to know his client and their home, helping you understand the process, and offering gentle guidance on how to get the most out of your sale. He knows how to make you listing "pop", and how to get the most eyes possible on your listing as quickly as possible. He is an excellent communicator, tireless worker, and frankly he just cares about his Sellers as more than just a client. He is far from your average realtor, and really strives to deliver well above your expectations. All that aside, the results truly speak for themselves! From the initial listing going live on a Friday, to under contract by the following Wednesday, with a nearly list price offer. We needed to sell fast to make getting our dream home a reality, and Patrick made that happen without sacrificing any of our "must haves". You can keep looking for an agent to list your house, but you will not find a better agent than Patrick to ACTUALLY SELL IT!

Throughout the process of buying our home, Amar was always readily available. He excels at communication : explaining everything, responding quickly to queries, giving referrals to needed resources, showing patience and understanding with all questions or concerns. He is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He has a calm but enthusiastic personality and is very friendly. His knowledge and understanding of our geographic area was excellent. I am happy to give him my highest recommendation.

Lacy was with me every step of the way even the questions that I had she was always quick to answer them or find a solution. She made this transaction so much easier for me. I would definitely recommend her to anybody. She's a woman of integrity and great patience. Somehow she knew those of us that don't go through these experiences of buying homes every few years, was always so kind in her answers. I thank God for her. Linda Morejon
