I have never had such an experience with real estate agents: 100% reliable and prompt, super efficient, to the point every time, every time a few steps ahead of everyone else involved. The whole process was very easy and pleasant despite the Tampa market frenzy that Tatiana walked me through. She is also very personable, energetic and a delightful young woman. I hope Tatiana represent this new age real estate sales force although she may simply be a unique individual. I highly recommend her without any reservations. The thing I liked her, the most was her expertise in the South Tampa area. I am born and raised in south Tampa. So it was nice to see her experience of the area. She is also doing a great job helping us to sell my mom‘s house on Interbay Boulevard.
