He pays attention to your needs while advising you on potential problems a home may have (Ex. water damage ect.) Mark used his expertise from years of experience to win my home despite having several other bids made on it. If you select another realtor, you will be missing out. I can attest that Mark is the best. And after finishing his task, he was still so gracious as to assist me in cleaning up some debris the previous owners left behind. I strongly recommend mark.
