We listed our house just shortly before two back-to-back hurricanes, and a move out of state. Mike's expertise and advice were invaluable in helping us to get everything ready to list and to show. We were fortunate that our house did not have water damage, but a lot of people did, and as the local housing market changed rapidly following the hurricanes, Mike helped us to price the property accordingly. He went out of his way to make sure things were the way they needed to be when we weren't able to be there and worked diligently until we had a sale. He worked with us and the title company to make sure that the sale went smoothly, even though we were having to do our part long distance. I've known Mike and his family for years. He is a man of integrity with an incredibly strong work ethic and a great sense of humor. We couldn't have done it without him!

Laurie went above and beyond both in preparing us for our sale, discussing our offers and making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Her suggestions and attention to detail were very comforting. Have no doubt we made the right decision using her and would certainly do it again.
